Join us for a fresh pasta & sauce cooking lesson followed by an early dinner in the private kitchen of Ted & Linda Fondulas of Odyssey Events on Saturday October 29 at 1 pm.
Chef Ted and his wife Linda operated Hemingway’s, an award-winning restaurant in Killington, for many years. They will welcome you into their home, give you an apron, and put you to work! We will learn how to make two pastas & two sauces, and at the end of the class we will all sit down to a splendidly set table to enjoy the meal! This is BYOB (bring your own beverage), so you can sip a glass of wine as you cook or with dinner.
This cooking class is limited to just 8 participants, so please RSVP HERE and send in your payment ASAP! If there is enough interest, we will repeat the class and try to hold it on a weekend at a later date.
The cost is $100 for club members only, payable to the Greater Killington Women’s Club. Due to the limited size, only current club members in good standing may participate. Proceeds of this event will benefit the clubs Scholarship/Awards Program.This is a wonderful opportunity to support the Greater Killington Women’s Club and learn from a local master chef right in his own kitchen!
The location is in Bridgewater Hill in Bridgewater Corners. Directions will be sent to those who RSVP. A car pool will also be organized.
At this time, the class is restricted to fully vaccinated attendees. Please note that no shoes are allowed in their house.
